Musk Ox Cake

I made this cake at the request of an old man who wanted a small cake for his wife's birthday.  He told me that she likes white cake, musk oxes, and blueberries.  So I make this small two layered white cake with homemade blueberry filling, cream cheese frosting, chocolate rocks, and fondant decorations.

I loved making the little musk ox.  I think he is so cute.

I made his fur with the help of my KichenAid pasta attachment.

I just hope that when I turn 70 my husband is just as thoughtful.
