May The Frosting Be With You- Star Wars Cake

Come with me and we can rule the birthday party together...

Luke, I am your cake topper!

Not the best cake I've done... Life is what happened and I got busy but I thought I should post this anyways.  For my 4 year old twins... Aiden Luke and Reese Liam.  Cake toppers purchased from Wal-Mart bakery.
These paper masks were a great addition to the party also purchased at Wal-Mart.
I didn't prepare a head of time and had to make a last minute pinata.  Empty cereal box stuffed with Candy, glow stick swords, baloons, etc. Wrapped in blue tissue paper, taped on ribbon, and a Star Wars printed image taped on to the box.  It worked just like a pull string pinata and they loved it.

Are you Brave enough to eat this cake?

Disney's Brave Cake
I made this for my daughter's 7th birthday...

I got the layout idea from a tinkerbell cake I saw online but instead of of using tinkerbell figures I used Brave figures that I bought from Walmart's bakery.

Don't forget to buy a Brave doll...

Twins Cake

Twins Birthday Cake for my twin boys 1st birthday.  made from butter cream and fondant.

Hello Kitty Cake

Hello Kitty Birthday Cake for my daughters 4th Birthday.  Butter cream frosting, licorice, peach gum drop.  I couldn't find big enough black jelly beans so I used black frosting.

Barbie Birthday Cake

Barbie Cake I made for my daughter's 3rd birthday. If you have a daughter who's girly, there comes a time when she asks you to make her a barbie cake for her birthday.  This was my attempt.

I used two 8 inch rounds and a glass bowl to make the top of the cake.  Obviously I needed to add another round or cut her legs off. :D

Wii Birthday Cake

Wii Birthday Cake for my son's 11th birthday.  Made from rolled fondant.   It took a long time to make but it was a huge hit with all his friends.  I overheard one of his friends saying to my son, "you must have the best mom ever".

Pirates of the Caribbean Cake

Pirates of the Caribbean Cake for my son's 10th birthday party.  Used crushed graham crackers, chocolate rocks and action figures.

Cars Birthday Cake
